Arrivals Appointments are given in accordance with the services/treatments that you require. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be given to a waiting customer. If you are running late and wish to keep your appointment, a phone call to Dharma Karma Salon at 856-751-0801 is highly recommended. Cancellations We require 24-hours’ notice to cancel appointments, or a small fee will be charged. Please note that for all Keratin and Japanese Straightening, a $25 deposit with credit card may be required. For Bridal Services, a deposit is required for booking. If cancellation is made, the deposit is non-refundable. Credit Card At $10 minimum is required to use a credit card, excluding the tip. Tips are cash only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit. Skin/Patch Tests All new clients or those prone to allergies or have sensitivities should have a patch test 24 hours prior to service. Gift Certificates Dharma Karma Gift Certificates are available at any amount at the salon/boutique. They are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable. Any certificates tampered with in any form, will be invalid. Free Roam Policy We are a Free Roam Salon, which means that the client is allowed to move to a different stylist and/or threader, without guilt and that we at Dharma Karma will not be offended. As a client of Dharma Karma, you have the option to select or stylist/threader of your choice each time you visit. Cell Phones/Tablets/Electronics You are welcome to use your device at our Salon. However, during services such as facials, eyelash extensions, waxing, etc. all devices are not allowed to be used as it affects the quality & timing of the service. When using mobile devices, please talk softly. Pricing All salon services are listed in our brochures and at the salon. For specials, client must mention coupon when booking appointment. Please note, Dharma Karma Salon does charge extra for longer or thicker hair or if extra product is used. All boutiques items are fixed priced. Returns All items in salon and boutique are all sales final and cannot be returned. For any exchanges, a receipt is required. Travelling Fee For all services provided outside salon, a travelling/packing fee is charged alongside the service fee. Reward Program Dharma Karma offers its clients reward points for certain services rendered at the Salon. Any client that shares or tampers with reward points will be removed from the Reward Program.
